I appreciate that she took a courageous stand and is willing to pay a price.

Probably the only way Biden can improve the situation is to replace Sec. of State Blinken, who has had his chance without results.

I'm not sure that Biden is totally responsible for this. There's been years of supporting and rewarding bad behaviour of other governments.
