The Israeli ground offensive in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighbourhood has displaced at least 60,000 people – and possibly as many as 80,000 – from eastern and northeastern areas of the city, the UN reports, while thousands of people are also fleeing Israeli operations in the al-Mawasi area of southern Gaza.
