In my view, the root of the genocide denial now is that the US can’t admit its own history of genocide. The analysis that would condemn Israel’s actions would apply in many ways to the US.
Several states (including #Iowa) have passed laws to put a chilling effect on candid discussions of American History.
@donray@palestine I totally agree. In many ways, Israel and the US are like twins. The use of very racist dehumanization of “the enemy” to legitimize unspeakable violence is also very similar.
