Good to see air filters working inside the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) hallways and lobbies.

But I couldn't find filters inside the conference rooms and halls. Maybe they're hidden?

Anyway, small steps, I guess?

but in the thousands of doctors in attendance, my estimate is only 10% of us are masked.
