When I go to Settings -> Reports, I just get a "We are working to resolve the issues" message. Is that what everyone else sees as well?

Does anyone know how a moderator can restore a thread that they deleted? I mean I have the impression it is possible, this is why I'm asking. If I manage to find out before someone replies, I'll add a comment bellow.
