They were trying to get to North Dakota initially because that’s where “Eden” is, later Logan is going there to prove to Laura that there is no Eden. Turns out bunch of escaped kids were there and they were planning on going to Canada the next day. Logan gave the impression that Canada won’t really save them (I think I might be remembering this detail wrong).

Somehow YouTube algorithm showed me this dumbass’s video that was something like “Charlie Kirk destroys a college student with a great comeback”. I think I lost brain cells by watching it even halfway. His argument for being smart, even though he didn’t finish college, was naming couple of guys that the student might not know and saying how he got rich.

Thats the crux of it all. The a lot of the funniest videos 15+ years ago were just random videos on random accounts. There was no monetary incentive, so a lot accounts were just people who luckily captured something funny and uploaded it. Creative stuff felt authentic too, they were not chasing a trend, they were just trying to show off their original skills. I still love a lot of what we have today, but it is getting buried by trend chasers.

Online dating, but we really clicked once it turned out we both love same kinda of video games (mostly Kojima stuff). She commented on my gaming headsets in one of my pics, but they were not even gaming headset, they were just Bluetooth sennheisers, but from there we dove deeper into our interests. This is so fucking relevant to me right now, just yesterday I heard a woodpecker on my walk and I made it my mission to spot it in that giant tree. Then in my later walk I saw a red cardinal. Later I was talking about how it’s kinda cheating when people pick ostrich, peacock, penguin etc as their favorite birds, and it slowly dawned on me that I’m becoming a bird guy.

Yep, I bought a pack of these, but then i didn’t need them because I didn’t use the stylus enough/stylus had a good battery life, BUT then when I did want to use the stylus I had no fucking idea where I stored those batteries.

Edit: I went back to look at the reception of this game from at its release. It did great at the VGAs, but general consensus on Reddit and other forums negative. I also remember how much The Giant Beastcast shat on that game (I stopped listening to them pretty soon after that too, but for unrelated reason).

This may seem baseless, but I have seen this from years of experience in online forums. You don’t have to take it seriously, but maybe you can relate. We have seen time and time again that if there is no moderation then the shit floats to the top. The reason being that when people can’t post something creative or fun, but they still want the attention, they will post negative. It’s the loud minority, but it’s a very dedicated loud minority. Let’s say we have 5 people and 4 of them are very creative time and funny, but 1 of them complains all the time. If they make posts to the same community then there is a very good chance that the one negative person will make a lot more posts than the 4 creative types.

If the order of events were different, what might we be calling smartphones?

I had this shower thought earlier and I actually wanted to post it in that community. The name I came up with was SmartWalkman, but later I realized that Walkman is Sony specific, so I doubt other companies would’ve gone for that name, but I didn’t want to let this shower thought slip so here I am now asking you guys.

This is my dog. I tried this discounted trail for food subscription, he ate that like he has been starving for days. I was fairly confident that I found THE food for him, so I started a legit subscription and to get free shipping I ordered in bulk.
