I wonder how long can they continue this cat and mouse game before regular people start understanding the cost of this.

The average cost of a single missile used by US and UK is between $80k - $100k while Houthis drone costs about $1000.

Saudi Arabia tried that for years with US help, spent $100 billions (yes, billions) on it in fact, and it resulted in a failed operation. I wouldn't hold my breath.

As far as interview and torture, I'm not sure which party are you talking about, since the crew is dead.

I read, "suspected" and "investigates". That is just Israel's accusation at this point, not a proof of wrongdoing.

It's pending a full decision, not yet decided either way. They only ruled that:

1. (15-2 vote) The state of Israel shall take all measures to prevent the commission of genocide to Gaza
2. (15-2 vote) The state of Israel shall ensure that the military not commit any acts of genocide
3. (16-1 vote) Israel shall take all measures to punish all public solicitations to genocide
4. (16-1 vote) Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to address adverse conditions to life in the Gaza Strip
5. (15-2 vote) Israel shall take effective measures to preserve evidence of actions impacting the Genocide convention
6. (15-2 vote) Israel shall submit to the court a report all measures taken to follow the orders of this court within one month

Even if they wanted, the US can't afford the invasion in terms of human resources. Too much of their fleet is focused on Taiwan at the moment.

Well going back to my point of Reuters their title was Putin says Ukraine shot down plane, not clear if deliberately or in error.

With explicit mentions of:

Moscow accuses Kyiv of downing the Ilyushin Il-76 plane in Russia's Belgorod region and killing 74 people on board, including 65 captured Ukrainian soldiers en route to be swapped for Russian PoWs. It has not presented evidence.

Ukraine has neither confirmed nor denied that it shot down the plane and has challenged Moscow's account of who was on board and what happened.

You keep saying they are all related, but the subject matter doesn't support that argument, case in point being CNN report =/ Reuters or Euronews report. Both Reuters and Euronews explicitly stated that no proof was provided by either side about their statements.

I'm open to your explanation, but you need to base that explanation in facts, not just speculation or conjecture.

Can't say how likely or unlikely that is, and I'm afraid not understanding the Cyrillic alphabet prevents me from verifying those claims. But it would not be the first time Ukraine engaged in the same questionable behavior that Russia does.

Though, judging this particular case based on previous acts without either side having any proof to their claims is also unreasonable.

The title is a bit stupid as ICJ has no way to order a ceasefire, but they did rule that Israel and other states part of the convention must prevent genocide from possibly being committed (possibly as the full ruling whether what Israel did until now amounts to genocide is to be decided).

Just to highlight how fucked up the situation is on 2 points, Israel's own judge ruled against them.

I'm against them or anyone else intervening. But that's literally what they are doing. They are putting pressure on Iran to stop the attacks since it's hurting China personally, which just shows that their public support for the ceasefire in Gaza was just for show. One can't support both sides of the coin and not look like a hypocrite.

Reuters reporting doesn't take political sides, they are probably the straightest shooters in western media. Unless you have a source that contradicts this, of course.

And sometimes it's reasonable to have anonymous sources. Especially when we are talking about government insiders, whose actions can have huge impacts on foreign relations.
